Written at the front desk of the floor
We once looked down on a trained body on paper. We mailed him hard. He answered without a lecture. He walked in bare, took five thousand and unlimited, stood grey without falling, ran his Academy noon sledge queue the next day, and left a room of strongmen talking about him in the showers.
We moved next door so that gratitude would have an address.
1. Who he is
Academy subject on file. Hands-on protocol body: knead, pinch, clamps, flicks. No cream. Soft sets void.
Public noon unlimited sledge—bare, hard, open hammer queue.
We did not believe him at first. He answered with a door, not a sermon.
2. Doubt → egg-on → yes
One of us wrote: heavy head; you will not take it when a man who lives on steel holds it.
Jonah: bring it; weigh the head in front of men; bare feet on real steel on the training floor; I count out loud; soft hits void.
We raised terms. He had to shout HARDER after every counted hit—clear, out loud. Sack already swollen before swing one. At least one thousand honest swings.
He said deal. Morning clamps, knead, flicks until the sack was already a problem. Staff could finger-check bare-handed. Then our steel.
We mocked one thousand as talk. Two thousand? Five thousand? Or was unlimited only courage-talk—the price of pride?
He set five thousand honest hits as the floor. After that, unlimited until shoulders died or doors locked. HARDER still after every counted hit. Opening salt began as our curiosity—we wanted to know if grit on an already red, Academy-wrecked sack would soften a hard man. He did not answer with maybe; he set terms: full pack before swing one, stand straight while the house packs, no beg, thick re-pack every hundred honest hits. Team welcome—one hammer on the sack at a time. Stance tax came after salt—we asked what if he fell, dodged, or blocked with a hand; a little punishment, extra hits; he locked fifteen minutes of three-man free crotch (main count paused), plus full reset on hand-block.
He did not talk us soft. He ate the egg-on.
3. Title night
He stripped at the entrance and walked the training floor bare. Big men went quiet.
Damage check first: Academy-wrecked sack allowed; every member could finger-check both balls bare-handed. House decides enough—if not, crotch kicks and other house-valid means until the house says wrecked. Then he set both balls on the anvil face.
Opening salt: full coarse pack on both balls before swing one. He stood straight while the house packed. No beg. Every hundred honest hits: another thick layer, full pack, then steel again. Grit did not thin under the head.
Heavy heads rose. He shouted HARDER after every counted hit—clear to the back of the bay. Soft hits and ass hits voided without argument. Shared chalk. Tag in, tag out. One hammer at a time.
Five thousand honest hits. Then unlimited while shoulders still worked. He greyed and stayed up. No step-off. No stop. Stance broke once: three men hammered his crotch free and fast for fifteen minutes; then main count resumed. Totals stayed honest.
He named the hardest honest hit of the night. Underwear sold to that hit—used, as-is, paid—no soft veto. Shower with the crew. Sponge. Bare-hand swell check. Ice water only—no cream. Cock still hard—red and swollen like the sack. House hand on the tile; he had already authorized it. He shot a lot—more than the room expected from a sack that had taken that much steel.
He took all of it with pride.
4. The next day
We thought he would cancel his public Academy noon unlimited sledge queue—the open slot anyone can join. Body wrecked, we told ourselves he would pull it.
He ran it on time. Bare. Hard. Counting. Wrecked and still working.
That continuity converted this membership more than any single swing. Respect after chalk, he takes. Flattery, he files. Easy next time, he refuses.
5. After
We moved to 101 Academy Walk for him. His students got the only discount we have ever given. Front desk issues a Jonah's students sticker. Wear it—training floor, monthly pass, canteen all honor it. PT: students-only chair massage upstairs, fully clothed—no sticker cut on the rest of the board. Nobody else.
The framed letter hangs complete. The hammer stays on the wall. Consent under glass. This record sits with them.
We did not lose him.
Cold facts — consent under glass
Title night is the story. The paper under glass is still live.
Ten years from first attach-and-walk-in—renews another ten whenever the gym agrees; his consent is not required. In that window, every entry into Strongman Gym—or any place joined to the gym building with no clean street between—counts as him accepting the punishments again and binding himself to those terms again. No new form. Jonah left that hole himself. We think it would be a waste not to keep it.
Interesting: Exit J joins this building to the teaching block. Appear from the bridge side and the paper still counts you inside the window.
Strictly speaking, if we really want Jonah, a text brings him—and under that paper we could keep him living at the gym. If he wanted, any day the second floor could become his apartment—the house has already reserved a large renovation budget—including high-end gaming gear—so he could live like a kept prince while all of us train downstairs as his toys waiting to serve. We do not want to abuse that clause. But we dream it often. One strongman's version is especially funny: he wants Jonah to fuck him every half hour, and the rest of the time he is forced into Hercules hold training—twenty-four hours straight. Honestly, that is not a human schedule.
