Sore after lifts or stone loads? Bring the stiff shoulder to a licensed physical therapist. Extra-wide treatment tables fit strongman frames. Heated stones warm the area before hands-on mobility work. A quiet treatment bay is also available for recovery. Aromatherapy is included for members. Table massage is fully naked—no sheet, no towel, no drape. Skin only.
