Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Fuck My Workout (the “Service”) at fuckmyworkout.com. By entering the Service or creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these Terms, the Content principles, Privacy Policy.
1. Adults only
The Service is an adult fantasy game for men. All depicted characters are adults 18+. You must not use the Service if you are under 18, or if adult sexual content is illegal where you live. The entry screen is a self-attestation, not government ID verification.
2. Content principles and disclaimer
The Service is an adult-oriented fantasy and humour game with mature themes, sexual innuendo, flirting, and consensual BDSM themes. It is not operated as an explicit pornography service. Visual presentation is intended to stay non-explicit (characters clothed or in underwear or swimwear; no explicit sexual acts shown).
Fiction and exaggeration. Everything you read and see is invented entertainment. Strength, pain, endurance, public norms, fluids, restraints, impact, breath, temperature, and recovery are routinely exaggerated for story and jokes. Scenes are not documentaries, training manuals, or challenges.
Intensity is not real life. Real-world BDSM between consenting adults—where legal—does not run at the cartoon intensity shown in the game. In responsible practice, intensity is not the goal. Consent, negotiation, limits, a working stop signal, attention to anatomy and aftercare, and the right to stop come first. Fantasy ignores recovery, nerves, and lasting harm on purpose for comedy and story. Do not treat game scenes as a target, scoreboard, or “level” to hit offline.
Do not reproduce in real life. Do not treat in-game acts, “municipal sports,” studio scenes, or character dares as things to attempt outside the game. Real bodies break. Real injuries, nerve damage, lasting sexual harm, psychological harm, and death are possible when people imitate fantasy BDSM, ballbusting, breath play, extreme bondage, temperature play, or other high-risk acts without competence and care.
BDSM in the real world. Where legal, real-world BDSM is a negotiated activity between consenting adults—not a script from a game. Responsible practice generally requires clear, ongoing consent that can be withdrawn at any time; negotiation of limits before play; a working safeword or equivalent stop signal that is always honoured; attention to anatomy, circulation, nerves, breathing, and aftercare; and refusing play when someone is intoxicated, coerced, underage, or otherwise unable to consent. 3. Account
You may create an account with a username and password, optionally add a passkey, and optionally link X, Discord, or Google for sign-in. Those providers never replace your username account. We do not collect email addresses for signup. Creating an account requires you to confirm again that you are 18+ and that you accept these Terms and the Content principles. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others or reserve municipal / brand handles you do not own.
4. Play, money, and saves
In-game currency (Dick Coin) and progress are server-authoritative. We may correct obvious bugs, reverse exploits, or reset corrupted saves. Virtual items and currency have no cash value outside the Service and are not redeemable for real money unless we say so in writing.
5. Conduct
Do not attack the Service, scrape aggressively, share exploits, harass other players through supported channels, or upload illegal content. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules or harm other players.
6. Content and IP
The Service, art, prose, code, and marks belong to their owners. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play. Player submissions (for example Idea Desk text) may be stored and used to run the feature you invoked; do not submit material you lack rights to.
7. Cookies and local signals
We use a small number of cookies required to run the Service (age attestation and login session). Details are in the Privacy Policy. By entering you consent to those cookies as described there.
8. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” Fantasy content, availability, and balance may change. To the extent allowed by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) zero if you paid nothing.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
